Midwest Ultimate Cancelation Policy:
Midwest Ultimate holds its events in high regard and we make every attempt to discover, in the event of conditions outside of our control, when our events cannot use the assigned sites. For every event, we do pre-emptive planning to find alternative sites and ways to give the best experience possible. It is the captain’s responsibility to provide the proper information upon signup in order of us to contact them in regards to changes and cancelations. By submitting a bid, you are supporting the event and take part in the risks that come with any event.
Extreme weather may be defined as weather that threatens the immediate or long-term safety of individuals, as a result of rain, snow, lightening, wind, cold or heat. In the case of extreme weather, Midwest Ultimate will make the final decisions regarding cancelation based on the information from the tournament director.
In the case of a canceled event, we will offer refunds based against these invested funds on an event by event basis based upon what alternatives we offer to the participants. We do not guarantee refunds, but will do everything in our power to offer a fair compromise.
